In a flashback, Romeo’s pride over the place opening stands in stark contrast to the terror the girls who work there have to experience, especially since most, including Gina, were conned into doing so on the promise of respectable waitressing careers.
Alfredo says her operation went about as well as can be expected, but they’ll need to bring her back the next day so he can check on her, which seems unlikely to happen. The girls need to stay on the move, since their absence has not gone unnoticed. Moises and Christian line up the remaining girls back at the brothel and threaten to cut their nipples off unless they reveal what they know. The petrified women throw Gina’s friend Bambi under the bus. The men take her upstairs and cram her into a box with limited oxygen, presumably in the hopes she’ll be compelled to spill what she knows. She doesn’t know anything and dies.
Looking for a place to stay, Coral, Wendy, and Gina break into a furniture store with clean beds and duvets. That night Coral takes the car and goes to get supplies and clean the car down, but she’s stunned to receive a call from Romeo, who apparently survived. And, needless to say, he’s not thrilled about his current predicament.
Gina calls her mother to warn her that she could be in danger. As it turns out, her mother already knew she was being exploited and has been taking a cut of the profit. Gina is crushed.
The girls are totally unaware that Romeo is able to track them through an app on his phone — he tasks Moises and Christian with bringing them to him unharmed — so they take their time enjoying breakfast until they’re interrupted by the store security guard. They tussle with him and take him captive after accidentally killing and then reviving him.
Sooner than expected they’re back on the road and Moises and Christian are right behind. When they finish burying Bambi in the desert and arguing about their handicapped mother, they set out to follow the bus that the girls have jumped on in the hopes of finding someone Gina thinks can help them.
